Produced in the Medellín region of Colombia, Supremo is harvested and sold by small family-owned farms that exist in a cooperative network known as Federacín Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia, or FNC. This organization provides these farmers with the network to sell their coffee at a fair market price and provides the means for helping them network through the complex processing system. Chocolatey, nutty, with hints of blackberry, this coffee is phenomenal as a pour-over.
