Since 1979, the Village Roaster has been craft roasting specialty coffee for our neighbors in this little corner of Lakewood. In 2018, the business was acquired by coffee lovers Eric Bakken and Eva Pump, who have worked to increase the space for our roaster, upgrade equipment, and increase our green coffee storage space. We currently work in a 1000 sq foot roasting facility with bright windows and daylight, with green coffee surrounding the roasting space. Cupping facilities and a Probat 2 barrel sample roaster are right next to the roaster.
