Oolong teas are the most labor-intensive teas to produce. The extremely technical production wherein the leaves are withered, rolled and oxidized in repeated cycles, often for several days at a time, creates a flavor profile more complex than green teas but not as strong as black teas. Resulting flavor profile ranges from ethereal and floral to rich and honey-sweet. Our Oolong choice has a distinctive large silver tipped leaf.
