Sourced out of the southern state of Chiapas in Mexico, this crop is harvested from family-owned farms that grow on lots smaller than 10 acres each. These families do not only pay special attention to each coffee cherry as it grows but lean into ethical growing practices and provide a product that is also certified organic. Fully washed and processed after drying in the sun, this coffee takes on bright citrus notes of orange accompanied by a light body of rich milk chocolate.
