Started by husband and wife, Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas, this crop was planted to help the region of West Java by preventing erosion in the soil. Through their work, they have helped provide sustainable agricultural practices that protect the community from erosion of land and allows them to farm other products, leaving rich nutrients in the soil for future harvests. Made as a pour-over, we taste nutty toffee notes, intense sweetness of brown sugar, and finish off with rich, velvety dark chocolate.
