Grown by the La Cooperativa Cafetalera Siguatepeque Limitada in Honduras, this coffee is a team effort from start to finish. This cooperative not only supports the local farmers but also provides space for processing and drying. Each individual cherry is inspected at every step of the process to ensure that the coffee is as uniform as possible. Grown at 1300 m and higher, the elevation provides the best space to make some of the most high-quality coffee in the region. This coffee is chocolaty, with notes of pineapple, and makes for the perfect cup of morning coffee.
