The Worka Chelchele Washing station, located in Ethiopia's high elevation Gedeb Region, processes coffee from 396 local farmers to create unique, fruit forward profiles that are distinct from typical Yirgacheffe coffees. Owned by Tadesse Desta import & export, the station was built in 2021 and uses a detailed washed process method, with plans to add honey and anaerobic fermentation styles in the future.
