First, let me say, I'm not a coffee drinker. I'm not even a hot drink drinker. My sister introduced my husband to the Burundi coffee several years ago while we were visiting her. Then I ordered hubby some for Christmas since he enjoyed it so much. As the aroma of it wafted through the house each morning, I wondered at how lovely it was and finally asked for a cup. It. Oh my! It was delicious! The next year I ordered some for my son. I've since ordered it for my sister in thanks for the introduction to it. Everyone loves this coffee. I'm still not a regular coffee drinker, but when we have Burundi, count me in! The smooth taste and lovely aroma - well, I can't resist!
I've always enjoyed the smell of coffee but didn't like coffee enough to drink it. I'm a morning diet Dr. Pepper girl. But after I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he opened the bag and brewed a pot, the aroma was so amazing that I had to try it. Oh my goodness! Burundi coffee, where have you been all my life? It smells so good and tastes even better. It is smooth, rich and absolutely delicious. It just might make a coffee drinker out of me yet!
